About the Blog
This blog has been made in order to inform Stevenson University students about this year's Men's lacrosse team. The first post will be concerning the basic structure of the sport of lacrosse, as well as common misinterpretations with the sport, and how it is played. All of the remaining posts will be regarding this year's Men's Lacrosse games. This blog will have posts about the team's games, stats, as well as practices and other team events. The posts will mostly focus on the games, and how the team played. Lacrosse is a very complicated game with many different elements to it, and this blog will be breaking down the complexities of the sport. With that being said, this blog is still going to be focused mainly on the games our team plays this season, not just the overall sport of lacrosse. This blog will hopefully grant the people that weren't able to make it to the game the access to know how the game went, along with details of the game and some stats as well.
About the Blogger
My name is Paul DiFluri, and I myself am a member of the Stevenson Men's Lacrosse team. I am a sophomore Marketing major, and I also am minoring in Real Estate. I started playing lacrosse in 7th grade, and was quick to start loving the sport. By the time high school had come around, I had switched to the goalie position. When I first started playing lacrosse goalie, I hated it and definitely never wanted to play in college; however, as time went on, and I began to actually save the ball instead of just get pelted with it, I began to want to play in college. I did the whole college recruiting process and ended up at Stevenson. Now I am one of the goalies we have on the team, and I can't even really remember the scared little freshman I was when I first hopped in net.
